Granting Glammatic Domain Access
Our team will need access to your Domain to be able to migrate your website. In just a few steps, you can grant our team access.
Is your domain on GoDaddy, SquareSpace, or Wix?
Follow the instructions below to share access with our team:
GoDaddy: Share "Delegate Access"
SquareSpace: Invite a "Contributor"

*Once access is shared, please email your Customer Success Manager to let them know.
Have a domain somewhere else?
We will need the following information:
Name of the domain host (e.g. IONOS, Name.com, Cloudflare, etc...)
Your Username
Your Password
If the above is unknown, please provide the name and email of your current website provider/developer.
These credentials are securely obtained and will be not shared outside of the Glammatic database or used for any other purpose than taking your website live or critical maintenance.
