You don’t need to install or set up anything — it’s already live on your site.


What the Front Desk Assistant Does

  • Appears as a chat widget on the bottom right of your website.

  • Answers customer questions automatically.

  • Directs visitors to your service pages or booking links.

  • Collects leads and customer details.

  • Currently supports link-based booking (no full booking system integrations yet).

How to Use the Front Desk Assistant

  1. Find it on Your Website

    • Look for the chat widget on the bottom-right corner of your website.

  2. Ask a Question

    • Customers can type questions such as “What haircuts do you offer?”

    • The assistant will reply with a summary of services and a direct link to the service page.

  3. Direct to Service Pages or Bookings

    • The assistant guides visitors to the correct service page or booking link.

  4. Keep Your Website Content Up-to-Date

    • The assistant answers based on information available on your website.

    • To make sure it provides accurate answers:

      • Add detailed service descriptions.

      • Update your policies page.

      • Fill out staff descriptions (specialties, background, education, etc.).

    • If something is missing, update the content yourself in the dashboard or send a request to our support team to update it for you.


Lead Collection

  • The assistant captures visitor details and saves them into your customer database.

  • This helps you follow up with potential clients who interact with your website.
